A reputable wedding planning company in Jeddah is seeking a talented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings and events, from initial consultation to execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for event planning and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities :

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
• Develop detailed plans and timelines for the wedding
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, etc.
• Coordinate all aspects of the event including decorations, music, transportation, etc.
• Manage guest lists and RSVPs
• Ensure that all vendors are meeting deadlines and adhering to contract terms
• Oversee setup and execution of the event
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process
