Wedding Planner Vacancy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a talented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a wedding, from the initial consultation with the client to the day of the event. This position is ideal for Malayalees who are fluent in English and seeking a full-time role.
Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules, including vendor selection, venue setup, and logistics.
- Source and manage vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best prices for clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update progress and address concerns.
- Provide creative ideas to enhance the wedding experience.
- Oversee the wedding day to ensure smooth execution.
