We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of a wedding, from initial consultation with the clients to the execution of the event. This is a contract position suitable for individuals seeking English speaking jobs in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities :

• Meet with clients to discuss their vision and preferences for their wedding
• Create detailed plans and timelines for all aspects of the wedding, including venue, catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service
• Oversee the budget and ensure that all expenses stay within the allocated budget
• Coordinate with venue staff, caterers, florists, musicians and other vendors to ensure seamless execution on the day of the wedding
• Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the planning process
• Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies during the event
• Conduct post-event evaluation to gather feedback from clients
