About The Role We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationship management in Khobar and Dhahran. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling construction, contracting, or carpentry / interior solutions within the Saudi market. This role requires excellent networking, negotiation, and project-based sales expertise to grow revenue and build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Khobar & Dhahran.
Identify and target new business opportunities with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to contract closure.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the construction and contracting sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products / services as per client requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of sales experience in construction materials, carpentry / joinery, interiors, or contracting services.
Strong network of contacts within Khobar, Dhahran, and the Eastern Province market.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B / project-based sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
Valid Saudi driving license.
