Sales Manager

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated

Construction & Infrastructure Sales Manager

to lead sales and business development for

Medium and Low Voltage (MV / LV) switchgear and electrical distribution solutions

within the

construction and infrastructure sectors

across Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

electrical systems sales , experience working with

EPCs, contractors, consultants, and developers , and a proven ability to secure major projects in the construction and infrastructure market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting

infrastructure, commercial, and industrial construction projects .

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active market engagement and project tracking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with

consultants, EPC contractors, developers, and government clients .

Lead the

prequalification and vendor registration

processes with major clients and authorities.

Coordinate with internal teams (Tendering, Engineering, and Finance) to prepare

technical and commercial proposals

that meet client needs.

Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation and contract closing.

Provide regular

sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and competitor insights

to management.

Support and guide the sales team to achieve performance targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

(MBA preferred).

7–10 years of experience

in sales of

MV / LV switchgear or electrical distribution systems

for construction and infrastructure projects.

Proven success in securing and managing

large-scale construction or infrastructure contracts .

Strong existing network with

EPCs, consultants, and developers

in Saudi Arabia.

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation

skills.

Self-driven, strategic thinker with solid

technical and commercial acumen .
