What you will do
The Regional Sales Manager
is a key role reporting directly to the MEA Sales Director. You will be based in Riyadh and part of the Fire Detection team, directly responsible for driving sales and market growth across the Central region — Saudi Arabia, specifically for our Simplex Fire Detection products, and developing long-term relationships with end users, developers, partners, and consultants. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be primarily focused on developing Partner channels, generating new accounts, driving push and pull activities for business growth, and increasing sales opportunities to maximize revenue. You will manage and accelerate business growth for our Partner channels by collaborating with developers, contractors, consultants, and customers. You will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customers to ensure satisfaction and commitment to future sales of Simplex UL Fire detection products in Saudi Arabia. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for our Saudi Arabia region.
How you will do it
As a Regional Sales Manager you will identify new geographical or vertical opportunities, develop business plans and go-to-market strategies that pave the way for long-term profitable growth. You will be in the field networking, cold calling, visiting clients and potential customers to generate interest and develop pitches that speak to their needs. You’ll be technically adept in Fire Detection and the Simplex product offering, visit consultants and contractors to present our product range to ensure we are providing competitive technical solutions, and use a pull strategy to grow our market share in Saudi Arabia. You are a hunter driven to seek and develop strong channel partner relationships, self-motivated, enjoying the challenge of working independently to drive your territory growth. You’re naturally perseverant, tenacious and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
What we look for
Required 7-10 Years minimum sales experience in Fire Detection sales Proficiency in generating new business using existing and potential customer networks Experienced in executing push & pull sales activities across channels to drive product revenue growth Willing & able to travel up to 70% within Saudi Arabia Experience working in a global team environment and communicating effectively across multiple cultures Fluent in English language Preferred Sales experience in UL products or Simplex Fire Detection Experienced of selling in the Saudi Arabia region Fluent in Arabic language
