Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production in compliance with Saudi regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization : Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, workflows, and procedures to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Production Planning : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and schedule production activities, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization
• Equipment & Tooling : Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate equipment and tooling; ensure maintenance and calibration are up to standard
• Quality Assurance : Implement and monitor quality control measures; conduct inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to maintain product quality
• Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements for efficiency and waste reduction
• Risk Assessment : Identify risks and hazards in the manufacturing process; develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and specifications; generate reports on production metrics and improvements
• Cost Analysis : Analyze production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to optimize expenses without compromising quality
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with design engineers, production supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
• Compliance : Stay updated with Saudi and international regulations, standards, and best practices related to manufacturing, safety, and quality control
