LikeCard is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales B2B Manager
to join our team in
Saudi Arabia . This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with proven experience in driving sales growth, building strong commercial partnerships, and leading high-performing teams in the e-commerce sector. Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Develop and implement a business development strategy that drives new growth opportunities. Lead and oversee the daily operations of the business development and account management teams, including setting KPIs and reporting to senior management. Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and departmental KPIs. Identify areas for process improvement, conduct evaluations of direct reports, and build succession plans. Deliver accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to management. Build and maintain top-tier partnerships across all categories while representing LikeCard in the market. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in
business development or sales leadership
within the Middle Eastern and global markets. Proven track record of maximizing sales and developing strong commercial networks. Strong strategic planning and execution skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Why Join Us?
