Proposal Engineer Mechanical

Review of tender documents and define project scope of work. Coordination with Design, Procurement, Production, Planning, Quality Control, HSE, and Store Departments to complete accurate estimations. Preparation of proposal write-up and cost estimation according to the defined scope of work. Conducting pre- and post-bid meetings with clients. Planning deployment schedules (Manpower & Equipment) and creating histograms. Job Specification

3 to 7 years of experience in proposal preparation for shop-fabricated static equipment and industrial projects. Candidates should be able to prepare complete BOQ, costing, and proposals (Technical & Commercial). Industry : Information Technology and Services Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia
