Overview

Lead Engineer role focused on improving technology application and integration for at least one technology and / or a key (major) area within the portfolio of projects. Operational level : Tactical.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 4 years as Snr Engineer
  • Masters of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 2 years as Snr Engineer

Experience

  • 8 years experience as Engineer (subject to qualification)
  • International experience advantageous

  • Decide to optimise total cost of ownership and balance cost, schedule, quality by risk level

  • Ensure high-quality decision making on projects and manage junior staff
  • Research field to improve technology application and integration
  • Lead discussions with contractors and licensors (where applicable)
