Job Summary
The Sales Manager will lead the strategic development, positioning, and promotion of the BAIC Trucks brand in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing the marketing team, enhancing brand visibility, driving customer loyalty, and ensuring alignment of all brand initiatives with the Groups strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen market presence and customer loyalty.
Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and achievement of objectives.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, service, and product teams to align marketing strategies with commercial goals.
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional materials, digital marketing, and events.
Represent BAIC Trucks at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Track, analyze, and report on brand performance metrics to Group Management.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels and touchpoints.
Prepare annual marketing budgets and monitor expenditure.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the heavy trucks or automotive sector within KSA.
Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi automotive market and customer behaviors.
Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, campaign analytics, and performance measurement.
