Salary :

AED 30,000 – 35,000 (flexible based on experience) + benefits as per Saudi labor law

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen the brand presence and customer engagement across all channels. The ideal candidate brings strong retail or agency experience, with expertise in omni-channel marketing and brand growth within fashion or lifestyle sectors. This is for a men's clothing brand.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand campaigns across digital, retail, and e-commerce channels

Manage social media, influencer collaborations, and content marketing initiatives

Plan and monitor paid media performance, ensuring ROI-driven results

Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to ensure a unified customer journey

Lead creative briefs, marketing calendars, and product launch activities

Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

7+ years’ experience in marketing within retail or a marketing agency, including 3+ years in a leadership role

Demonstrated success in omni-channel and / or performance marketing

Strong understanding of digital tools, social media platforms, and customer acquisition strategies

Excellent communication, creativity, and project management abilities

Passion for men’s fashion, premium retail, and strong brand storytelling
