A well-established restaurant brand is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute its marketing initiatives. This role will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through compelling campaigns and on-ground activations tailored to the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline channels.
Manage all brand touchpoints including content, PR, advertising, and promotional activities.
Oversee the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and events.
Collaborate closely with operations and culinary teams to align messaging with customer experience.
Analyse market trends and consumer insights to adapt strategies for the Saudi audience.
Build and manage external agency relationships and monitor campaign ROI.
Lead a small marketing team and report directly to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities in all communication.
Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience in F&B, hospitality, or consumer-focused industries.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian consumer landscape and media ecosystem.
Proven track record in campaign development, content creation, and brand management.
Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage; English fluency is required.
Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and CRM tools.
