IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa)
Define pillars of growth and strategy for the overall development of the KSA business and the team in terms of brand expansion, increase market share from local competition and identify growth opportunities with realistic action plans. Be responsible for the implementation of business strategies in alignment with the IMEA strategy and management plans within the team and define a premium strategy for SPA business. Ensure continuous growth and improvement, leveraging strengths to further develop and expand channel coverage in retail and project business over A&D and developers. Lead the team as one LIXIL, achieve market goals & execute commercial plans in the best way. Define the sales execution plans as per clients (KPIs), and proper individual overall sales activation plans for the market. Ensure complete execution of marketing plans which align with IMEA overall strategy. Ensure timely reporting on all sales and commercial activities of the sales organization of KSA. Broad experience of managing performance and issues in operations / logistics, warehouse, financial controls, and human resources / change management. Lead and leverage these functions effectively in achieving overall region / corporate objectives. Result-oriented, professional business leader with a demonstrable track record of significantly increasing business unit performance and profits, and of formulating and implementing business decisions. Personal experience of leading customer relationships with complex accounts in the market. Experience as a leader or significant contributor in the commercial repositioning of a product portfolio or company; able to manage up and down to negotiate alignment required internally. Experience in mid-sized international companies operating through matrix structure. International growth mindset and high standards in compliance, ethics and corporate culture. Qualifications and Experience
Educated to at least degree level in business / economics, or engineering with economics / finance. Experience in managing large teams and external relationships with other stakeholders. 10–15 years of commercial experience in the market, with 5 years of leading a team. Strong management skills. Sets stretch but achievable goals for others, and provides clear direction as required to get there. Well organized, structured, and pro-active planning. Hands-on managerial style. Understanding internal and external customers and the ability to manage their expectations. Logical thinker who goes to the root cause and can guide others to solve problems. Knowledge
