The Sales Manager – Direct Clients (KSA) will be responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of direct clients, including SMEs, boutique agencies, and larger enterprises across the Kingdom. This role involves full-cycle sales ownership, from prospecting to deal closure, with a consultative, strategic approach. The focus is on establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers and marketing professionals across a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with
direct clients, SMEs, and boutique advertising agencies
across the Saudi market. Build customized media solutions aligned with client and agency goals, collaborating with internal teams (CRM, Creative, Publisher). Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with client stakeholders and agency partners. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and support broader revenue goals. Oversee campaign delivery, performance analysis, and optimization. Maintain accurate CRM entries and provide regular pipeline and performance updates. Create localized success stories and case studies to showcase client and agency results. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 4–5 years of digital media or advertising sales experience in the KSA market. Established network of direct clients and boutique agencies within the KSA market is essential. Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities. Deep understanding of the Saudi digital landscape, including performance and programmatic media. Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
