The Role
The PR & Social Media Coordinator supports the Senior PR & Social Media Manager & Cluster in executing day‑to‑day PR and organic social media activities with occasional tasks assigned by the Cluster Director of PR & Marcom. The role demands high organization, attention to detail, strong writing / proofreading skills, and a professional, positive attitude. The coordinator ensures smooth media logistics, content management, and administrative support, contributing to brand visibility and reputation.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. As PR & Social Media Coordinator , you will need to :
- Support Senior Manager in daily PR and social media coordination and execution.
- Review and proofread press releases, social media calendars, and content drafts for quality, brand alignment, and tone consistency.
- Organize and manage logistics for media visits, influencer stays, ensuring inter‑departmental coordination.
- Maintain tracking sheets, reports, and documentation for PR coverage, social media performance, UGC, and campaign milestones.
- Evaluate and shortlist media and influencer collaborations based on brand positioning.
- Liaise with external agencies for timely delivery of visuals, captions, and approvals.
- Prepare and update presentations, briefing notes, and image libraries.
- Organize content assets (visuals, press materials, media kits) for easy access.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications.
- Demonstrate curiosity and proactivity, contributing ideas to enhance storytelling and content quality.
- Perform administrational and other assigned tasks by the Cluster Senior PR & SM Manager and Cluster Director of PR and Marcom.
Qualifications & Experience
Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.Basic understanding of social media platforms.Ability to evaluate media / influencer opportunities for luxury brand alignment.Cooperative, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.College / University graduate preferred.Ability to handle multiple tasks, assess situations, and exercise sound judgment.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with resort operations and stakeholders.Proactively begins and completes assignments.Works cooperatively with managers and colleagues.Maintains calm, professional attitude under pressure.Must be eager to learn and grow in the marketing field.Key Functional Skills
Proficient in Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and internet usage.Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and proactively.Effective communication with media inquiries and management at all levels.Proper grammar, structured writing, and attention to detail in all materials.Ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations.Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Generic Skills
