Architect
to join our Buildings & Logistics team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Saudi Arabia's built environment by delivering innovative, sustainable, and human-centered architectural solutions that align with Saudi Vision 2030. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and oversee projects that transform communities, enhance infrastructure, and promote environmental sustainability. Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the design, development, and execution of architectural projects that align with Saudi Vision 2030's goals of sustainability, innovation, and urban transformation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop smart, future-ready cities, leveraging digital solutions and emerging technologies.
Ensure architectural designs integrate sustainability principles, supporting Jacobs' commitment to a cleaner, more resilient world.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation in compliance with international and local regulatory standards.
Engage with government agencies, private sector stakeholders, and communities to deliver projects that enhance the quality of life and economic growth in Saudi Arabia.
Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging cutting-edge tools such as BIM, AI-driven design, and parametric modeling to push architectural boundaries.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
Professional licensure or working toward licensure preferred.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM methodologies.
Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and experience with green building certifications (LEED, WELL, Mostadam, etc.).
Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, urban planning, or smart city projects is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Saudi building codes, regulations, and Vision 2030 initiatives is highly desirable.
