Overview
Lead Architect role at WSP in the Middle East. We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect with over 15 years of professional experience to provide strategic design guidance and technical problem-solving for a major development project in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership and design oversight across all project phases.
- Conduct high-level design reviews to ensure alignment with project vision, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Offer technical analysis and problem-solving support to internal teams and external consultants.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize solutions.
- Ensure design integrity and consistency across all workstreams.
- Support the development of design strategies, guidelines, and frameworks.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate design intent and resolve technical queries.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development.
