Develop and manage the client base by prospecting new leads Provide sales support by coordinating with management, staff, and vendors to cultivate and maintain client relationships Oversee all sales efforts from inquiry to closing Collect and analyze data to identify business opportunities and trends Set and communicate clear expectations with sales employees and clients Ensure effective and timely follow-up on client inquiries and complaints Maintain current sales knowledge by studying literature, staying updated with industry trends, attending meetings, and participating in professional organizations Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement an effective sales plan Manage time, workflow, and workload to implement sales activities effectively Provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis Identify and evaluate potential sales opportunities Train employees to meet sales goals and standards Maintain and improve sales operations as needed Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of proven experience as a sales manager or director of sales Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques Strong business development skills, including planning and proposal writing Strong knowledge of industry real estate products, technology, and best practices Seniorities and type
