Floor Supervisor | Riyadh | Lebanese-Syrian cuisine Restaurant

A high-end Lebanese-Syrian restaurant in Riyadh is seeking an energetic and experienced FLOOR SUPERVISOR with exceptional presentation, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within fine dining or premium casual dining.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest relations skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Lead, motivate, and train service teams to maintain high standards.
  • Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving issues quickly.
  • Work closely with management to meet operational and service goals.

    • Salary package :

  • Basic from SAR 8000 (USD 2100)
  • Accommodation
  • Transport
