Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong capabilities in GRC module implementation , ServiceNow Workspace development , portal customization , and integration with third-party platforms. This role requires both technical expertise and a strategic approach to optimizing GRC processes aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• ServiceNow GRC Implementation :
• Design and configure GRC modules including Policy & Compliance , Risk Management , Vendor Risk , and Audit Management .
• Customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports as per business needs.
• Workspace & Portal Development :
• Build and modify ServiceNow Workspaces specific to GRC.
• Create and enhance ServiceNow Portals , including catalog forms and widgets.
• Scripting & Customization :
• Develop client / server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).
• Optimize performance through efficient scripting.
• Integration :
• Integrate with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and MID Servers .
• Monitor and resolve integration issues.
• System Admin & Support :
• Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and user support.
• Collaborate with business users to enhance GRC functionality and usability.
