ServiceNow GRC Lead Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Lead to manage the implementation and technical execution of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM). This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to lead a team of developers and work with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead technical design and architecture of ServiceNow GRC modules. Translate business requirements into secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions. Drive configuration, scripting, and integration efforts. Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, compliance, security, audit, and IT. Lead agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retros) and manage sprint deliverables. Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing technical support. Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. 3+ years working with ServiceNow GRC modules. Demonstrated experience as a technical lead in GRC implementations. Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex deployments. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with data governance and regulatory frameworks. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist BCM. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred). CRISC or equivalent GRC / security certification (a plus).
