Responsibilities
- Operate, control and maintain the process line and equipment to meet production targets and KPIs.
- Gather hourly data, conduct quality wall meetings, and maintain hygiene and housekeeping.
- Alert on food safety hazards and highlight issues to Direct Managers immediately.
- Summarize daily material usage, calculate material, seasoning and oil efficiencies, and compile reports.
- Monitor and minimize energy usage (water, electricity, gas).
- Manage process workers, ensuring proper break, cleaning and shift hand‑over procedures.
- Stop production in consultation with the Laboratory Technician when out of specification.
- Ensure raw materials are available and equipment is hygienically maintained.
- Report daily issues and communicate with other shifts.
- Support IPS and food‑safety audits and apply the EHS Management System.
Qualifications
Industrial Training Institute (ITI) graduate or equivalent.Basic communication skills and a positive working attitude.Ability to operate process equipment independently.Minimum two years of manufacturing processing experience; waived by tertiary background.Competencies : motivational fit, teamwork, communication, continuous improvement, results focus, technical knowledge.Job Details
