Responsibilities

• Operate, control and maintain the process line and equipment to meet production targets and KPIs.
• Gather hourly data, conduct quality wall meetings, and maintain hygiene and housekeeping.
• Alert on food safety hazards and highlight issues to Direct Managers immediately.
• Summarize daily material usage, calculate material, seasoning and oil efficiencies, and compile reports.
• Monitor and minimize energy usage (water, electricity, gas).
• Manage process workers, ensuring proper break, cleaning and shift hand‑over procedures.
• Stop production in consultation with the Laboratory Technician when out of specification.
• Ensure raw materials are available and equipment is hygienically maintained.
• Report daily issues and communicate with other shifts.
• Support IPS and food‑safety audits and apply the EHS Management System.
