Construction Manager

Overview

Position : Construction Manager Location : Dammam Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all construction activities, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO standards and safety protocols. Engage in construction planning, risk mitigation, and execution of work according to 7 / 30 / 60 / 90-day lookahead plans. Interface with project teams (engineering, planning, HSE, QC) and client PMT to ensure smooth project progress. Oversee subcontractor performance, coordinate material flow, and resolve site bottlenecks. Ensure efficient workforce management and training of Saudi nationals in line with localization requirements. Review and manage progress reporting, QA / QC compliance, and timely handover documentation. Qualifications

18+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years as a Construction Manager on oil & gas megaprojects (USD 700M+). ARAMCO project experience is mandatory, particularly in brownfield projects. Knowledge of QHSE, risk assessments, heavy lifts, and critical field activities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred : Experience in Master Gas System (MGS) projects and familiarity with Gas Compression Stations. Strong leadership skills to drive site execution and foster a safety-first culture.
