Construction Manager

الوصف الوظيفي18+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years as a Construction Manager on oil & gas megaprojects (USD 700M+). ARAMCO project experience is mandatory, particularly in brownfield projects. Knowledge of QHSE, risk assessments, heavy lifts, and critical field activities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred : Experience in Master Gas System (MGS) projects and familiarity with Gas Compression Stations. Strong leadership skills to drive site execution and foster a safety-first culture.

Position : Construction Manager
Location : Dammam
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all construction activities, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO standards and safety protocols.
- Engage in construction planning, risk mitigation, and execution of work according to 7 / 30 / 60 / 90-day lookahead plans.
- Interface with project teams (engineering, planning, HSE, QC) and client PMT to ensure smooth project progress.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, coordinate material flow, and resolve site bottlenecks.
- Ensure efficient workforce management and training of Saudi nationals in line with localization requirements.
- Review and manage progress reporting, QA / QC compliance, and timely handover documentation.
