Logistics Optimization Senior Manager

About the opportunity Build a new logistics on-demand delivery service. Manage reduction of delivery time. Improve delivery experience NPS scores. Enhance orders stacking process. Reduce all logistical failures, vendor operations, and customer issues. Collaborate with Delivery Hero central team to enhance logistics services in KSA. Reduce wastage per order. Transition logistics operation model from on-demand to shift model. Improve orders dispatching algorithm. Develop better control metrics for riders’ performance. Monitor logistics performance during holidays, national days, and weekends. Ensure stakeholder readiness through training, workshops, communication, and support. Prepare involved divisions for changes to maintain morale and culture. Review change issues and recommend initiatives to foster a vibrant work environment. Lead project management teams in planning and organizing divisional and organizational projects. Ensure projects meet parameters (cost, budget, timelines, scope, quality) and standards. Lead growth initiatives aligning corporate departments for seamless execution.

What you need to be successful 7+ years of experience in Logistics or relevant field. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or operations management. Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
