Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling). Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Entry level Full-time Facilities Services, Real Estate, and Construction
Recruitment / Talent Management / Headhunter
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and collect operational data for pricing and tendering.
- Lead commercial reviews for tenders and bids.
- Build price models using BICSc and SFG20 productivity standards.
- Benchmark commercial proposals and validate supplier / subcontractor quotations.
- Support the writing of technical proposals in collaboration with operational teams.
- Define scope of work for subcontractors during tender preparation.
- Identify and price contract risks (SLA / KPI, insurance, performance bonds).
- Ensure commercial compliance and alignment with internal DOA and policies.
- Support the preparation of financial summaries, cashflow forecasts, and pricing sheets.
