Commercial Officer

Recruitment / Talent Management / Headhunter Key Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections and collect operational data for pricing and tendering.

Lead commercial reviews for tenders and bids.

Build price models using BICSc and SFG20 productivity standards.

Benchmark commercial proposals and validate supplier / subcontractor quotations.

Support the writing of technical proposals in collaboration with operational teams.

Define scope of work for subcontractors during tender preparation.

Identify and price contract risks (SLA / KPI, insurance, performance bonds).

Ensure commercial compliance and alignment with internal DOA and policies.

Support the preparation of financial summaries, cashflow forecasts, and pricing sheets.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s preferred but not essential for candidates with proven experience.

3–6 years in commercial, contracts, or tendering roles (FM, Engineering, or Construction sectors).

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).

Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
