End User Sales Manager

The End User Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales to end‑user customers, mainly CPG and W&E segments, for Schneider Electric’s complete portfolio, including energy management, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key end‑user accounts, including C‑level executives (CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, etc.) and decision‑makers.
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed assigned targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals focused on end‑user accounts.
Promote Schneider Electric’s products, systems, and digital solutions for specific projects.
Coordinate with channel management of distributors, system integrators, and panel builders involved in customer projects.
Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Record and track sales activities using CRM tools.
