    • About this Opportunity
    • We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) Enterprise to drive growth of Ericsson’s private network solutions directly with enterprise customers, while also supporting our operator accounts in expanding their enterprise business in private networks. This role is pivotal in harnessing the emerging 5G and private networking opportunities across key industry verticals in KSA, ensuring long-term customer success while delivering sustainable business growth.

    • What You Will Do
    • Develop and execute business strategies to grow Ericsson’s Private Network solutions within enterprises and through operator-led initiatives in KSA.

      Build and maintain strong customer relationships at senior decision-making levels.

      Identify, qualify, and close short, mid, and long-term opportunities in targeted industries (e.g., Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Transportation, Public Safety).

      Position Ericsson as a trusted technology leader by delivering customized, value-driven solutions.

      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure profitable sales, ensure quality delivery, and manage customer satisfaction.

      Drive end-to-end sales engagements, including commercial negotiations for both private and public sector procurements.

      Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to shape go-to-market strategies.

      Lead with integrity and promote Ericsson's compliance culture.

    • You Will Bring
    • University degree in ICT / Engineering or Business Administration (MBA preferred).

      10+ years of proven relationship sales experience within the ICT sector, including enterprise / B2B segments with 5+ years is a plus

      Strong track record in selling ICT solutions including hardware, software, services, and private communication networks.

      In-depth understanding of enterprise verticals and their communications needs.

      Experience in both direct enterprise sales and operator / partner-led channel management.

      Excellent consultative selling, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

      Strategic thinking and business development capabilities with an entrepreneurial mindset.

      Strong leadership and collaboration skills with cultural awareness.

      Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

      Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
