• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are advantageous.
