Lead and coordinate infrastructure design across major developments Manage budgets, approvals, and authority requirements Collaborate with engineers, planners, and consultants Deliver innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering (or related field) 15+ years in infrastructure design and project management Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in large-scale urban / mixed-use projects Knowledge of regional codes; AutoCAD / Civil 3D is a plus What We Offer
