The Infrastructure Specialist designs, installs, configures, tests, monitors, supports, and troubleshoots Local and Wide Area Networks. Responsibilities include administering Cisco routers, switches, ASA appliances, and F5 load balancers, performing hardware / software upgrades, and providing IP Addressing strategies such as NAT and re-addressing. The role involves WAN integration, preparing work orders for technicians, diagnosing network issues, and collaborating with customer technical teams to meet internetworking requirements. Job Responsibilities

System Administration :

Upgrade, install, configure, and maintain server infrastructure. Manage Active Directory, monitor performance, perform updates, patches, and backups. Inventory and Asset Management :

Maintain documentation of physical and virtual assets for lifecycle management. Security & Compliance :

Implement security policies, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with standards. User Support :

Troubleshoot server and software issues, manage service requests, and create documentation. Cloud & Virtualization :

Support cloud services (AWS, Azure, Office 365), manage virtual environments, and provision resources. Backup & Disaster Recovery :

Implement backup solutions and develop recovery plans. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; Master's preferred. Certifications in Microsoft, Networking, Telecommunication, or Cisco are preferred. At least 5 years supporting LAN and WAN networks. Additional Details
