To Support Coloplast Saudi ambition, we are looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager responsible for Saudi Arabia. The role can be based in our office in Riyadh, and reports to the Head of Sales - Saudi. Position summary

Develops and drives credible and productive long-term relation with customers, by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with NUPCO and other assigned Key accounts. The key scope of the role is to :

Match products description within NUPCO tender, increase the wins and ease the upgrade to more innovative solutions. Advise Company businesses on pricing, dynamics, and strategies, to support commercial objectives & ABP plans. Develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key accounts Sales Plans to fulfil key account plan growth. Works closely with Sales, marketing and Clinical functions to identify new opportunities, penetrate new accounts, facilitate upgrade, and increase tender winnings. Support business in managing external price environment & competitor landscape. Support Saudi sales team in external engagement with payer stakeholders. Work with sales team to secure access and reimbursement of Company products across all accounts. Position responsibilities

Establish relationships with the Key decision makers and KOL s in NUPCO, MoH and Institutions Maximize the commercial opportunities within NUPCO and minimize access challenges and threats to CP through developing, implementing and managing innovative Pricing & Access Programs Gather intelligence and be knowledgeable of the existing contracts in the market and the upcoming tender. Establish and build deep understanding of account needs, partners, and driven situation. Establish the needed relationships at the account level to drive winning competitive key accounts. Analyse impact of market trends and factors on customers Drive profitable growth and close opportunities in large, sophisticated enterprise-named accounts by initiating, developing and / or delivering outstanding solutions that result in improved customer outcome. Lead key activities such as account planning, selling processes, post-sales implementation processes, follows / adheres to principles of territory management. Work closely with the sales team, to promote the competitive advantage of Coloplast Solutions Negotiate long term contracts. Retaining profitable Accounts by ensuring outstanding service The candidate

Holding BSc of Pharmacy or Nursing 4-6 years as market access / KAM within medical devices domain Direct exposure to NUPCO, GHC, MOH & institutions within Saudi Arabia Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics Agile, dedicated and result oriented with clear strategic thinking To Succeed, we envision that you
