Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning solutions with business goals. This role requires a commercially driven, tech-savvy professional with a deep understanding of the IT services landscape in KSA .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key client accounts within the public and private sectors
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and ensure high customer retention
  • Prepare tailored proposals and manage the bid process in coordination with technical and sales teams
  • Understand client needs and provide consultative solutions aligned with their business strategy
  • Track account metrics and provide regular status reports and performance updates to clients and management
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution demos and technical discussions as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the IT services or tech solutions industry
  • Proven track record of managing key clients and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of IT services, and digital transformation projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with a client-centric approach
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
