  • Public Sector Experience : 1-5 years of proven track record in driving solutions into Government customers. Understand procurement and policy issues unique to Government Customers in the KSA.
  • Technical Domain : Previous experience with Microsoft-based technologies and applications such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, BizTalk, and Dynamics 365.
  • Regional Expertise : 1-5 years of KSA market experience, selling to key government, enterprise, and corporate accounts in the KSA is a plus.
  • Microsoft Sales Teamwork Experience : Demonstrate high collaboration with Microsoft sales leadership, personnel, and partners. Experience working within a collaborative sales organization and delivering results in a Microsoft ecosystem is preferred.
  • Sales Excellence : Proven strategic sales management capabilities. Effectively manage sales pipeline, forecast with predictable results exceeding targets, and develop strategies based on market indicators and organizational goals.
  • Travel and Allocation : The resource will serve the KSA market from the KSA office.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required. Responsibilities

Account Advisor / Manager – Supervise current engagements, projects, and initiatives within assigned key accounts. Act as the focal point for all sales and related issues. Anticipate market changes to drive relevant solutions, influence business & IT stakeholders, build trust with CXOs, and translate solutions into business impact to accelerate digital transformation. Sales Challenger – Drive customer understanding of the value of end-to-end Microsoft-based solutions. Influence customer vision & requirements, and add value by introducing innovative solutions and references. Sales Achiever – Achieve results by understanding digital transformation drivers and customer priorities. Hunt for new opportunities to help customers accelerate their digital transformation and position appropriate solutions. Deal Orchestrator – Coordinate the virtual team involved in opportunities, take responsibility for the entire sales cycle, and leverage Link Development’s solutions to accelerate and win deals.
