We are looking for Account Manager / Sales professional with proven experience in AV / Audio Visual solutions to join our team in Makkah or Jeddah.
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Understand client business models and align solutions accordingly.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve revenue targets and monitor account performance.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within strategic accounts and adjacent markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to internal teams for product / service improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and forecasts.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with technical, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery.Lead client presentations and solution workshops.Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop long-term strategic plans for key accounts aligned with company goals.Forecast revenue and growth opportunities across assigned accounts.Lead quarterly business reviews with clients to assess performance and future needs.Client Engagement & Retention
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and proactive solutions.Monitor client satisfaction and implement corrective actions when needed.Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze client data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Use CRM tools to track interactions, pipeline, and performance metrics.Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on account health and growth.Solution Development
Collaborate with product, engineering, and service teams to tailor solutions.Lead proposal development and tender submissions for strategic clients.Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with client business models.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.Share insights with internal teams to refine offerings and positioning.Hands‑on experience in AV / Audio Visual systems, including installation, operation, and maintenance of audio / video solutions and conferencing technologies.
Strong knowledge of video conferencing systems and display solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and manage time effectively.
Location : Candidate must be based in Makkah or Jeddah only .Seniority level : Associate
