Call Center Representative
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or inquiries that customers may have. This position is located in Jeddah and is open to Indian nationals.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or requests
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet weekly and monthly performance goals set by the company
Requirements
Indian national with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)At least 1 year of experience as a call center representative or in a customer service roleAbility to handle high volume of calls while maintaining quality customer serviceStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if requiredMust have a valid visa sponsorship for employment in JeddahBenefits
