Job title : Call Center Representative (No English Required, Pakistani / Malayalee Preferred) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with urgent requirement.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and provide information about services and products
- Provide technical support when needed
- Schedule appointments and conduct outbound calls as required
- Perform related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
