We are seeking an experienced Event Manager with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Riyadh.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various events from conception to completion.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Develop event budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual setup.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
