Events Manager (Riyadh)

Motivate Media Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Events Manager

to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. From corporate conferences and awards galas to lifestyle and brand activations, this role requires someone with a passion for delivering standout experiences and a strong understanding of the Saudi market. Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of events across various formats – including conferences, awards, brand activations, and VIP experiences. Manage all event logistics including venue sourcing, production, staffing, permits, and vendor coordination. Work closely with internal teams (Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and Design) to align events with brand objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, suppliers, and government entities. Oversee guest list and invitation management, RSVPs, seating plans, and on-site operations. Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Prepare timelines, reports, and post-event summaries to evaluate success and areas of improvement. Event operations experience is a must for this role as you will be on site building each event. Requirements :

Minimum

3–5 years of experience in event management , preferably within media, lifestyle, or corporate sectors in Saudi Arabia. Strong understanding of the local culture, regulations, and vendor landscape. Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills. Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage. Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate. Driving license is a must.
