Modern tech solutions advisory & futurify consulting as a Searce Principal fds (‘forward deployed solver’) with revenue accountability from net-new accounts & intelligent client business outcomes responsibility.

Mission : The Role

You are a revenue‑owning, outcome‑delivering forward‑deployed solver (fds) driving AI‑powered transformation from first principles within your portfolio of strategic client engagements.

As a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) you orchestrate transformative business outcomes with client stakeholders, leading from initial engagement to successful execution. You remain 100 % accountable for the solutions proposed, the deals closed, and the real outcomes realized.

Your Responsibilities

Own your portfolio : take accountability for revenue generation and contribution across strategic accounts.

  • Lead consultative engagements with client CXOs to co‑define transformation journeys.
  • Execute GTM in context, contributing to region / account‑specific GTM strategy aligned with platform partners.
  • Prioritize solving real business problems over chasing buzzwords.

  • Lead discovery from first principles, challenge assumptions, map root problems, and design intelligent transformation paths.
  • Translate vision into action : convert abstract client problems into concrete solution architectures that can scale.

  • Build AI‑native automation‑ and insight‑led solutions that deliver sustained outcomes.
