Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Assist in processing orders, quotations, and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Support the sales and marketing team with customer-related tasks when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive or in a similar customer service role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.Joining Avamels Printing Solutions in Riyadh as a Customer Care Executive gives you the opportunity to be at the heart of our client interactions.
