Online Consultant - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a leading online consulting company based in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly efficient Online Consultant who is fluent in English, with a preference for Indian nationals.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients via online platforms such as chat, email, and video conferencing. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries and provide effective solutions to their problems.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries through various online channels.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
• Using your knowledge and expertise to offer valuable insights, recommendations, and solutions to clients.
• Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
