Senior Product Manager

الوصف الوظيفيStrategic Product Leadership : Define and evolve the student product vision aligned with business goals Build and manage product roadmaps and prioritize high-impact initiatives Conduct research to guide retention-focused decisions End-to-End Product Execution : Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including web and app features Convert vision into clear specs and user stories for development Drive quality assurance, testing, and timely releases Manage backlog and tech sprints for roadmap alignment Student Journey Ownership (App + Web) : Own and optimize student-facing flows : onboarding, sessions, renewals, feedback, and support Collaborate with mobile, acquisition, and retention teams Improve self-serve flows to reduce support needs and boost conversions Partner with CRM / data teams for segmentation and lifecycle messaging Internal Systems & Ops Alignment : Ensure product updates align with CRM, dashboards, and internal tools Bridge product and ops for tutor-related student workflows Data-Driven Improvements : Define and monitor key product KPIs; analyze usage data to identify and fix drop-offs; promote A / B testing and feedback loops 5-7 years in Product Management (edtech, marketplaces, or B2C mobile preferred) Experience leading cross-functional teams from launch to scale Strong with product metrics and data-driven decisions Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4) Bonus : Familiar with HubSpot, Intercom, and CleverTap Passion for education and user-focused products Results-Driven Proactive & Takes Initiative Balances Speed & Quality End-User Obsessed Strong Communicator Super Organized Independent & Team Player Eager to Learn Screening & Intro Call (5-10 mins) Chemistry meeting (15-30 minutes) Technical interview (30-60 minutes) Technical Case Study Offer extended to successful applicants Impact : Help transform education in Saudi Arabia and beyond Growth : Join a rapidly scaling startup with career development opportunities Flexibility : Work from anywhere + unlimited PTO Rewards : Competitive salary, ESOP shares & quarterly bonuses Culture : Vibrant team, monthly Pizza Fridays & a supportive environment Perks : Free hardware / software, learning budget, AlGooru Library & more

Join AlGooru as our next Senior Product Manager. AlGooru is the leading private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, the first licensed by the National E-Learning Center (NELC), and known for tech-enabled tailored educational support across K-12, university, and professional levels. The name AlGooru derives from Guru, meaning a mentor, guide, expert, or master.
