We’re looking for a Sr. Sales Officer to play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth across the Kingdom. This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced professional with strong knowledge of the vehicle rental industry , particularly in commercial vehicle sales and leasing . Your main responsibility will be to achieve and exceed business targets through effective market penetration, client acquisition, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to penetrate the market in the Central Region and identify potential clients.
 - Develop and execute sales strategies that maximize revenue and market share.
 - Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients.
 - Negotiate contracts and close large‑scale deals.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and client satisfaction.
 - Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to overall team success.
 
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1‑3 years of experience in the same field.Proven experience in sales, business development, and B2B client management, preferably in the car rental or transportation industry.Strong knowledge of the car rental market, competitors, and trends.Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience in key account management and consultative selling.Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems and other relevant sales tools.Self‑motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to market changes.Seniority level
