Lead HSE Specialist

Context

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead HSE Specialist to support our growing team. The successful candidate will support the implementation of HSE policies and practices, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all employees. This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Missions / Main Duties

• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Support training initiatives by preparing training materials and conducting safety awareness sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management review
• Assist in the evaluation and management of HSE risks associated with operational activities
