The Site HSE Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment on site.

Responsibilities

To lead and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and international safety standards.

Implement and enforce the project’sHSE plan, procedures, and policies.

Ensure compliance withlocal regulations,OSHA,NEBOSH, and other relevant standards.

Conduct regularsite inspections,audits, andrisk assessments.

Lead investigations ofaccidents,near misses, andunsafe conditions.

Prepare and submitincident reports, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.

Maintain records of safety performance and incident statistics.

ConductHSE inductions,toolbox talks, andsafety training sessionsfor site personnel.

Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and engagement activities.

Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives on HSE matters.

Participate inHSE meetings,emergency drills, andsafety reviews.

Ensure proper use ofPPE,signage, andsafety equipmenton-site.
