Lead Insturmentation Engineer – WHCP

Overview

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Lead Instrumentation Engineer – WHCP to join the Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. This role leads end-to-end engineering, design, testing, and commissioning of Wellhead Control Panels and instrumentation systems, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with international standards for oil and gas and utilities projects.

What You’ll Lead And Deliver

Engineering & Design

• Lead the end-to-end engineering design of Wellhead Control Panels (pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, and hydraulic), Safety Shutdown Systems, and associated instrumentation.
• Prepare hydraulic sizing calculations covering accumulators, reservoir and pumps.
• Prepare Electrical and Heat Load Calculations for an I&C system.
• Prepare, review, and manage the issuance of Hydraulic / Pneumatic Schematics, P&IDs, General Arrangement Drawings, Hook-up drawings, Loop & Wiring Diagrams, Instrument Datasheets and Schedules, Bill of Materials (BOM), Cause & Effect Diagrams, Logic Diagrams and Panel Schematics.
• Select appropriate field instruments (pressure, temperature, level, flow) and control system components (solenoids, regulators, ESDs, etc.).
• Ensure design compliance with international codes and standards such as API 14C, ISO 10418, IEC, NEC, ATEX, NEMA, SIL, and relevant Aramco / ADNOC project specifications.
